The Gray Jedi are Force Users who refuse to take sides between Jedi or Sith and attack them from the sidelines.They will not take action in war unless New Republic or Galactic Empire take step on there planet.They are fairly easy to negotiate with and will share land with Jedi or SIth depending on the price range.
